Give a home and hope will follow…

Donating as little as £6.20 could help someone like Nick to travel by public transport to access our drop-in service and get the support they need.

Donating just £15.11 could fund a visit to one of our drop-in centres – a visit that, for people like Davey, could be the beginning of their journey out of homelessness.

Donating £50 could pay for a counselling session for someone who has suffered domestic abuse – someone like Abbie who is rebuilding her life after abuse.

Donating £128.50 could provide a move-in pack, giving someone like Emma the essentials they need to start their new life in their new home after homelessness.

Double your donation!

This year we are taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge. When you give between 28 November and 5 December your donation will be doubled meaning we can help even more people facing homelessness.

One donation, twice the impact!

There are plenty of other ways you can help in giving a home this Christmas…

Be a Giving a Home Hero

Champion our appeal, help to spread the word, raise awareness and boost fundraising. Becoming one of our Hero’s is an easy way to make a BIG difference!

Get your workplace involved

Your business could help to lay the foundations needed to help more than 1,300 journey out of homelessness. There are lots of ways to get involved; sponsor the gingerbread house, organise a collection or volunteer with colleagues.

Volunteer your time

Volunteering your time this Christmas is a fantastic way to support our Giving a Home appeal. Join in with our fundraising collections at Tesco in Gateshead or help to prepare Christmas lunch for people sleeping rough this winter.

Get your community involved

Hold a collection at your church, host a Christmas jumper day at school or invite us to talk about Giving a Home at your community Group.

Contact our Fundraising Team on 0191 4773535 or to discuss how you or your organisation can get involved.
